Burgers:
- Gorikee. For about $7 you get a huge and hugely satisfying gourmet burger, the Wimpy Burger, with fine garlic frites. Excellent meat, excellent bun, and excellent condiments (gruyere, chutney, sauteed onions). I'd pit it against the Father's Office burger anyday. Another poster: Gorikee's burger is great if you can stand sweet flavors on your burger.
- Billy's Grill. Go to the corner of Magnolia and Van Nuys and get a GREAT BURGER. Small burger shop but all is made fresh. Game burgers avail too. Great fries.
- Tasty Burger on Vanowen near Whitsett in North Hollywood or the Great Grill across from Glendale College.
- Hugo's (above) makes a mean burger. Mo's burgers taste great but has a football shape.
