One of the issues with passwords is that you need to remember them, but they must be difficult to guess.
One idea is to use compound words. If you can remember the two or three words, then the system will allow for reasonably easy recall of the complicated password.
For example: Mac + PC = MPaCc
Dog + Cat = DCoagt
You should also throw in a number and punctuation mark with longer words for stronger passwords.
Stronger + Password + 4 + ! = SPtarsosnwgoerrd4!
